Throughout the week, LJMU students took part in an inspiring vlog competition designed to promote the 17 Sustainable Development Goals while equipping them with valuable creative skills.
The experience began with interactive workshops on storyboarding and video editing, where students learned the essentials of visual storytelling and content creation.
The highlight of the competition was a field trip to the scenic Sekinchan Paddy Field, where participants applied their skills to capture the beauty and essence of the destination through their vlogs.
With determination and creativity, the students brought Sekinchan’s landscapes to life on screen, making the judging process both challenging and inspiring.

Throughout the week, a remarkable initiative unfolded as LJMU students were immersed in an enriching vlog competition, the goal to our commitment not only to promote the 17 Sustainable Development Goals but also to empower students with valuable skills.
The journey began with engaging workshop sessions, where the art of crafting storyboards and video editing was imparted, nurturing creativity in our aspiring content creators.
The peak of this adventure led us to the captivating Zoo Malacca, where our students showcased their expertise in capturing the essence of beautiful location through their vlogs.
The challenge was to capture the heart and soul of Malacca's surroundings, and the LJMU students, driven by determination, poured their creativity into their vlogs, making the judging process an inspiring task.
