Dear international students,

Starting college in a new country is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You don’t have to go through it alone! 💛

You are invited to join our Support Group for International Students to:

✨ Build connections & friendships

✨ Share experiences in a safe space

✨ Learn tips to manage stress & emotions

✨ Strengthen your academic & personal journey

🗓 5 weekly sessions | 2 hours each

📅 Dates: 25/9, 2/10, 9/10, 16/10 & 23/10/2025 (5 Thursdays)

Choose one group that works for you:

👥 Group 1: at 1PM – 3PM

👥 Group 2: at 3:30PM – 5:30PM

📍 Venue: Counselling Room, Level 4
